Frayser Health, a nurse-practitioner-led clinic in north Memphis, closed its second fiscal year in the black despite spending nothing on traditional marketing — relying instead on word-of-mouth and a Spanish-language WhatsApp channel maintained by its lead NP.

The clinic’s patient panel grew to 2,140 from 1,480 over the year, with no measurable change in payer mix.
